Job Summary: This professional will support store management in administrative and operational routines, lead the team, and ensure merchandise organization and achievement of sales targets. Results-oriented focus and merchandise organization * Support store management in administrative and operational routines; Lead and motivate the team to foster a collaborative and productive environment; Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, including reconciliation and cash withdrawals; Monitor goods receipt and verification, organizing inventory and sales floor according to company standards; Ensure product organization, cleanliness, and pricing in-store; Monitor achievement of sales targets and performance indicators; Guarantee product restocking, appropriate layout, and overall store presentation; Conduct staff training and development, identifying needs and improvement opportunities; Resolve conflicts and contribute to building an engaged team; Assist in controlling shrinkage, losses, and inventories; Substitute for the store manager during their absence, ensuring uninterrupted operations. Full availability for all shifts (including Sundays and holidays, as per schedule). * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in a related field currently in progress or completed is preferred); Prior experience as an assistant store manager, team leader, or supervisor in retail; Knowledge of store routines, cash handling, goods receipt, and merchandise display; Proactive, communicative, organized, and results-oriented profile; Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities; Basic computer proficiency; Full availability for all shifts (including Sundays and holidays, as per schedule).
