Drive the transformation and restructuring of the People Management department **HR Supervisor** We are looking for a **Generalist HR Supervisor** with a strategic and executive profile, passionate about people and with proven experience in structuring and managing HR departments. This leader will be a key player in implementing and consolidating our HR department, acting as a strategic partner to senior management and area leaders. Their mission will be to support development and optimize HR policies and processes that drive culture, performance, and engagement of our talent, ensuring operational excellence and legal compliance. **The Challenge and Your Primary Mission** Your mission will be to drive the transformation and restructuring of the People Management department as an extension of the Human Development Directorate, implementing, executing, and reviewing processes that not only directly connect with our performance evaluation system but also enhance the effectiveness of all HR subsystems. You will be the fundamental partner for leadership teams, supporting them in managing and developing their teams. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** **Key Challenges and Responsibilities:** * **HR Leadership and Structuring:** Lead the full implementation of the HR department, designing processes and people management policies. * **Strategic Partnership:** Act as an internal consultant for leadership teams and senior management, aligning HR strategies with business needs. * **Talent Acquisition:** Supervise Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding. * **Development:** Implement Training & Development (T&D), Performance Management, and Career Path Planning. * **Personnel Administration:** Support HR Administration to ensure best practices in payroll, benefits, and labor obligations. * **Culture and Engagement:** Develop climate, engagement, and internal communication programs. * **Data Analysis and HR Analytics:** Define and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making. * **Compliance and Policies:** Ensure compliance with legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT, General Data Protection Law – LGPD) and update internal policies. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU** ***Essential Experience:*** * Proven experience and passion for strategic and operational HR functions. * Passion for people and teamwork. * Practical experience with HR management systems. * Solid Excel knowledge for data analysis and metric creation. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of labor legislation. ***Academic Qualifications:*** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Organizational Development, or related areas. ***Interpersonal Skills:*** * Clear, empathetic, and objective communication * Emotional intelligence * Organization and management skills * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Non-negotiable values **Benefits You’ll Receive:** * **Salary:** R$ 5.500,00. * **Performance Bonus:** Variable bonus tied to your periodic performance. * **Transportation:** Transportation allowance. * **Meals:** Meal allowance. * **Health:** Health insurance (with co-payment). * **Well-being:** Dental plan (with co-payment). * **On-site Meals:** Breakfast, afternoon snack, and fully equipped cafeteria. * **Perks:** Exclusive discounts on our brand’s products and services. **Employment Details:** * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break.
