Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst to attract and select talent, ensure compliance with legal obligations, lead onboarding, and organize internal events. Plan and implement training and development programs We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES: * Attract and select talents aligned with the company's values and objectives. * Ensure compliance with legal obligations relevant to the Human Resources area. * Lead the onboarding and integration process for new employees * Organize internal events, such as workshops, lectures, and team-building activities * Plan and implement training and development programs * Develop and maintain a set of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as turnover rate, absenteeism, cost per hire, performance evaluation metrics, and employee engagement survey metrics, among others, to monitor the effectiveness of HR practices and processes. * Perform other related tasks as agreed upon or assigned by immediate leadership. * Collaborate with other HR teams and management to understand their needs and adapt data analysis accordingly. **REQUIREMENTS:** Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration Intermediate/Advanced Excel Power BI knowledge \- Check out the benefits you'll enjoy here: A welcoming, diverse, and inclusive environment offering incredible opportunities for growth and development!
