If you enjoy working with people, recruitment processes, and wish to grow within the HR field, this opportunity may be right for you! ? ✨ Key Responsibilities: * Conduct end\-to\-end recruitment processes for restaurants; * Align candidate profiles with managers; * Post job openings across various channels and monitor posting performance; * Screen resumes, conduct individual and group interviews, administer tests and group activities; * Support the creation and revision of competency-based interview scripts; * Update and maintain the recruitment module in Sólides; * Monitor and manage the recruitment funnel (job status, deadlines, and SLA); * Conduct exit interviews and consolidate information for analysis; * Support candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process; * Support onboarding of new employees when required; * Support HR team requests. ?
