Job Summary: As a Process Assistant, you will map, develop, and optimize workflows, focusing on managing operational costs and technological investments to reduce waste. Key Highlights: 1. As a **Process Assistant**, your mission will be to map, develop, and optimize workflows, with special attention to **operational cost management and technological investments**. You will directly identify bottlenecks, document procedures, and analyze opportunities that promote **waste reduction, increased productivity, and better resource utilization.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, analyze, and monitor workflow processes across Brasif Group departments. * Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and waste reduction. * Identify bottlenecks, failures, and opportunities for improvement and automation. * Propose actions to reduce costs and increase process agility. * Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Develop flowcharts and detailed process documentation. * Monitor process performance metrics and indicators. * Use Microsoft Excel or data analysis tools to support analyses. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree **in progress or completed** in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Knowledge of **SAP** (desirable). **Additional Information** * Health insurance. * Dental insurance. * Life insurance. * Pharmacy allowance. * On-site meals. * Transportation allowance. * WellHub (Gympass). * Zenklub (emotional health platform). * Birthday day off.
