Job Summary: Responsible for performing conservation and cleaning of Laboratory environments to ensure they remain clean and well-preserved in accordance with company standards and procedures. Prepare coffee and support meetings, as well as maintain hygiene. **Job Mission** Responsible for performing conservation and cleaning of Laboratory environments, including sweeping, mopping, waste collection and sorting, aiming to keep environments clean and well-preserved in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning activities across company premises, including sweeping, mopping, scenting, and disinfecting external areas and common-use spaces, aiming to maintain them in good hygienic and conservation conditions. * Clean restrooms and changing rooms, and replenish necessary consumables in these areas. * Collect and sort waste in accordance with safety procedures and selective waste collection regulations. * Organize and handle cleaning products sustainably and responsibly, following supplier recommendations and instructions from immediate supervisors. * Prepare coffee daily and, when required, set up meeting rooms and prepare snacks for meetings. * Report any irregularities identified in company facility installations to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with and enforce the Code of Ethics, ensuring adherence to clauses concerning ethical duties applicable to all employees. * Report to immediate leadership matters related to one’s area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities while proposing solutions, thereby supporting the definition of procedures and actions to be adopted. * Perform tasks in accordance with operational procedures and stay updated on departmental procedures and processes to support continuous improvement. * Guide new employees regarding area-specific tasks, accompanying them and facilitating their familiarity with equipment. * Keep the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized to maintain optimal usage conditions and safeguard occupational health and environmental aspects, as well as preserve company assets by requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Participate in training sessions when summoned, dedicating oneself to achieving the desired work performance. * Perform related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Education** Completed Elementary School
