Job Summary:
Professional responsible for in-person and telephone support, document organization, administrative assistance, and management of educational environments.
Key Highlights:
1. Provide in-person and telephone support to students and faculty
2. Organize and distribute folders, schedules, and administrative documents
3. Support sector activity coordination and maintain an organized reception
**Work Schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 5 days per week**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Provide in-person and telephone support to students, faculty, and other users, delivering information and directing inquiries;
* Control student and faculty access to the Realistic Simulation Center, guiding them on laboratory usage rules;
* Organize and distribute class folders, schedules, attendance lists, certificates, and other administrative documents;
* Support sector activity coordination, including meeting scheduling, locker management, and assistance with examinations;
* Maintain an organized reception area, managing and restocking office supplies;
* Prepare administrative records and reports, contributing to sector organization and operation;
* Ensure proper care of materials, equipment, and workplace organization.
* Provide support for administrative tasks within the sector, collaborating in continuous process improvement.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education.
* Computer literacy.
* Knowledge of secretarial work and public service.
Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month
