Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to handle ingredient preparation, pre-preparation of dishes, and kitchen organization, with emphasis on experience and willingness to learn. Focus on kitchen preparation and organization **Positions available in the Buritis neighborhood.** **Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off!** **Available shifts:** \- 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8 AM to 12 PM (Saturday), with Sunday off \- 9 AM to 5 PM, with one weekly day off to be determined and one Sunday off per month **Salary negotiable, commensurate with your experience!** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare ingredients (peeling, cutting, weighing); * Perform pre-preparation tasks for the kitchen station: salads, side dishes, fried items, etc.; * Wash utensils and equipment; * Assist in general kitchen organization and cleaning. **Requirements:** * Basic kitchen knowledge is a plus; * Experience with cutting and supporting food preparation; * Organization, hygiene, agility, and teamwork; * Punctuality and responsibility in daily tasks; * Willingness to learn. **Benefits:** * Meals provided on-site; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Attendance bonus; * Dental plan (Pró-Dental – after 3 months); * Health insurance (Vix – after 3 months); * Career and salary progression plan.
