Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Important** **For information about Senac Minas’ selection processes, visit our careers page:** https://trabalheconoscosenacmg.gupy.io/ *This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and individuals rehabilitated by INSS, in alignment with our values of inclusion and diversity.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Institutional Relations Analyst, your main challenges will be:** * Monitor and follow up on social and professional training projects, supporting action implementation and results tracking; * Design social impact performance indicators, preparing reports, presentations, and technical management dashboards; * Support the management of social impact indicators, budgeting, and accountability reporting; * Contribute to developing institutional proposals, partnerships, and initiatives related to social projects, ESG, and corporate social responsibility; * Serve as a liaison between internal departments and institutional partners, supporting communication and dissemination of initiatives, partnership agreements, cooperation terms, and institutional agreements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * A completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Social Work, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, or related fields; * Experience monitoring projects, analyzing data, and preparing managerial reports; * Advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in presentation and data analysis tools; * Driver’s license category B – Availability for travel. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of social indicators, ESG, SDGs, and corporate social responsibility; * A postgraduate degree in Project Management or ESG; * An analytical, organized profile, with strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, social sensitivity, impact-oriented vision, and results focus. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Senac Belo Horizonte/MG (on-site work); * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * Birthday day off; * Health and dental plans; * SESC membership; * Childcare assistance — subject to internal benefits policy rules; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Incentive scholarship (available after 6 months of employment); * Course fee exemption for Senac courses (available after 3 months of employment). **Additionally, we offer some unique benefits:** * Working and exchanging daily experiences with market-leading professionals; * Working in a friendly and collaborative environment. **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** That’s exactly what we do at Senac Minas!
