We value respect, well-being, and continuous development of our teams, reinforcing a solid and results-oriented professional environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Support procurement processes through quotations, comparative analyses, and order tracking. * Issue, update, and monitor purchase orders in the system. * Record invoices, ensuring accurate validation of fiscal and commercial information. * Monitor delivery deadlines and liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed terms. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product registrations. * Develop and update controls, spreadsheets, and reports in Excel to support procurement management. * Organize documents and assist in standardizing and continuously improving departmental routines. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in procurement * Intermediate knowledge of Excel **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with the Sankhya system * Knowledge of tax and fiscal regulations **What We Offer** * Salary: R$ 2600.00 * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance (after 3 months) * Dental insurance * Gympass * Bonus * Life insurance * University tuition partnership **Working Hours** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
