We are seeking a Production Planner to perform planning, scheduling, and control of engineering technical activities, ensuring efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and optimal utilization of resources involved in projects and operations. The professional will be responsible for integrating information among technical teams, supervision, procurement, and field operations, ensuring proper workflow and delivery according to specifications. Responsibilities * Develop and monitor production plans, schedules, and execution sequences for engineering services. * Plan materials, equipment, and labor required for each phase. * Monitor physical progress of activities through reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and planned vs. actual comparisons. * Support the technical team in defining priorities, operational windows, and execution constraints. * Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of inputs. * Prepare and update S-curves, labor histograms, and other planning documents. * Interface directly with engineering, maintenance, operations, safety, and quality departments. * Participate in alignment meetings, proposing solutions for deviations and delays. * Control work orders, schedules, progress reports, and activity backlogs. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and internal procedures. Requirements * Technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Administration, Production, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in production planning, maintenance planning, or engineering projects. * Knowledge of planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar). * Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP, SAP, TOTVS, or equivalent). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and systemic vision. * Strong communication skills for interfacing with diverse departments. \* * Preferred Qualifications * Experience in industrial environments or construction projects (electrical, mechanical, civil, or instrumentation). * Familiarity with engineering processes, PCM (Project Controls Management), backlog control, and KPI management. * Knowledge of technical standards (NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, NR-35, among others—as applicable). \* * Behavioral Competencies * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation. * Organized profile with results-driven mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
