Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for assembling components, performing visual inspections, supporting production activities, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment—aiming to improve quality and meet established targets. Accelerated professional growth based on performance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Fridays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Assemble ceramic and steel components according to production instructions; Perform visual inspection of parts and report any non-conformities; Support production process stages as directed by the team leader; Maintain an organized and safe working environment; Keep the factory and work area clean and organized, plus other operational tasks; Perform all support tasks required for coating application, vulcanization, and all other factory support activities; Carry out tasks aimed at meeting established deadlines and targets; Identify and implement new procedures to improve quality; Ensure tools and equipment are in perfect working condition; Be available to travel for project and construction execution in other locations when necessary; **Requirements:** Elementary education (7th grade completed; ability to read and write). Good manual dexterity and skill for repetitive, precision-based tasks Ability to assemble ceramic and steel parts following technical and quality standards Attention to detail and careful handling of delicate materials **Competencies and Skills** Commitment, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a production environment focused on deadlines and targets Expected Attitudes Act in compliance with company internal rules, policies, procedures, and regulations.
