




Job Summary: The HR Assistant will support administrative routines such as attendance tracking, employee onboarding, offboarding, file organization, and recruitment and selection support, with emphasis on strong communication skills and proactivity. Must possess **strong communication skills**, organizational ability, attention to detail, proficiency with systems, proactivity, and the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks. Basic proficiency in the **Microsoft Office suite** and familiarity with **payroll and HR routines** are required.
