Position: Governance Manager (CLT) Locations: Gran Vivenzo Av. Cristiano Machado, 3030 – União – BH/MG Macna Hotels – Savassi Rua Antônio de Albuquerque, 54 – Savassi – BH/MG Salary: R$ 4\.000,00 Schedule: 5x2 (Saturday every other week) Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Key responsibilities: * Manage the governance team (approximately 50 housekeepers and general services staff – 12x36 schedule\) * Ensure compliance with the VPC cleanliness standards of the hotel chain * Guarantee cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas * Conduct quality inspections and monitor unit standards * Manage linens, materials, and supplies for the department * Develop and manage work schedules (12x36\) and team performance * Collaborate closely with front desk and maintenance teams to enhance guest experience * Drive continuous improvement, process innovation, and results optimization * Ensure adherence to company procedures and standards Requirements: * Prior experience in hotel governance * Experience leading large teams * Innovative mindset with focus on continuous improvement * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Proficiency in computer applications Benefits: * On-site meals * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Life insurance * Unimed health plan (effective after 3 months – spouse and children included) * Odontoprev dental plan (effective after 3 months) * SESC membership * Quarterly bonus Compensation: Starting at R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
