This role requires a consultative mindset, analytical capability, and excellence in delivery within a dynamic and challenging environment. At FSB Holding, your excellence builds our reputation—and vice versa. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for client service, ensuring close, strategic, and consultative relationships. * Plan and execute integrated communication strategies (PR + digital), aligned with institutional and reputational objectives. * Manage media relations, including press release production, articles, official statements, and media pitching. * Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and prepare reports with strategic performance insights. * Handle crisis management and sensitive communications with agility and precision. * Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with stakeholders. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (content, social, creative, and media). * Support digital channel strategy and management, with emphasis on reputation and engagement. * Interface with leadership and spokespersons, including executive communication support and media training. * Develop and implement communication plans aligned with client needs. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields. * Proven experience at a communications/PR agency serving corporate clients. * Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or mining sectors is a strong advantage. * Experience in digital communications and online channel management. * Excellent writing skills and mastery of institutional language. * Knowledge of media relations and media dynamics. * Experience managing crises and sensitive topics. * Analytical ability to interpret communication data and metrics. * Strategic, organized, proactive profile with strong interpersonal skills. * Intermediate/advanced English (preferred). **Location and Work Model:** Hybrid model — Belo Horizonte — MG. **Travel Availability:** No **This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PCD)** **Fluig ID:** 1021971
