Collection and physical space organization and maintenance Experience activities that contribute to the student's professional development, seeking integration across disciplines through the application of theoretical knowledge in practical settings, where problem-based situations foster real-world exposure to sector responsibilities. **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00** **Stipend: R$1\.000,00** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in direct user service (students, faculty, staff, and external users), guiding them on library services and usage policies. * Provide user support for bibliographic research and use of search tools. * Guide and assist users in utilizing digital resources, such as e-books and online platforms. * Assist users in operating computers and other available equipment within the library space. * Assist in technical processing of materials, including cataloging, labeling, and physical organization of books on shelves. * Support collection inspection by helping identify books requiring restoration or maintenance. * Assist in organizing the physical space, including handling consulted materials and maintaining study rooms. * Support periodic inventory processes to monitor losses and misplacements. * Assist in entering and maintaining data related to Undergraduate Theses (TCCs) in the TOTVs system. * Support overdue item tracking, assisting in deadline verification and sending reminder emails to users. * Assist in library access control and management of study rooms. * Provide general administrative support, such as document registration and office supply inventory control. * Collaborate on communications, assisting in creating content for bulletin boards, newsletters, or the library’s social media channels. * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Program(s): Library Science, Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields.
