Correspondence and document control and forwarding Perform the company’s initial reception duties by welcoming clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring clear communication, courtesy, and administrative routine support, aligned with a corporate and technological environment. **Job Responsibilities** * In-person, telephone, and digital channel customer service; * Receiving and directing clients, visitors, and suppliers; * Controlling entry and exit of people and vehicles; * Organizing and scheduling meeting rooms; * Providing basic administrative routine support; * Correspondence and document control and forwarding; * Supporting internal departments as required; * Maintaining the reception area’s organization. * Taking and delivering messages and providing information * Managing company vehicle keys * Sending packages via postal service * Completing an Excel spreadsheet to track postal packages; entering data into the online company spreadsheet; monitoring exchange or return requests using the Excel spreadsheet * Closing the postal service and stationery spreadsheet for the finance department
