IT Infrastructure Coordinator

Job Opening: IT Infrastructure Coordinator On-site work - Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte/MG We are seeking a professional to serve as IT Infrastructure Coordinator, responsible for managing the infrastructure environment—including networks, servers, security, and corporate support—ensuring high availability, performance, and security of technology services. Responsibilities: * Coordination of the infrastructure and support team; * Administration of Windows Server and Linux environments; * Network management, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity links; * Administration of virtualized and cloud environments; * Infrastructure monitoring and incident management; * Backup, contingency, and disaster recovery management; * Vendor and infrastructure project management; * Implementation of information security best practices; * Creation of technical documentation and operational procedures. Technical Requirements: * Experience with Windows Server and Linux; * Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing and Switching); * Experience with firewalls and equipment from Fortinet, MikroTik, Cisco, or similar vendors; * Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox); * Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, or similar); * Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server); * Understanding of information security and LGPD; * Technical profile with hands-on approach.
