Direct contact with leadership **About the position:** We are currently in a phase of structural development and growth, and we seek an **HR Manager** with a **hands-on, structural, and business-oriented profile**, to lead the consolidation of the People function. This role demands someone who goes beyond basic operations — someone who organizes processes, brings predictability, supports leadership, and helps the company grow consistently. **Key responsibilities:** **1\. Structuring and organizing the department** * Create, review, and standardize HR policies and processes (hiring, onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluation, etc.) * Implement routines and controls that ensure predictability and reduce operational errors * Establish HR metrics (turnover, headcount, tenure, absenteeism, etc.) **2\. Recruitment and Selection** * Lead strategic recruitment processes (especially for key positions) * Organize and monitor the recruitment funnel * Ensure hiring quality and cultural fit **3\. Onboarding and employee experience** * Structure and monitor the onboarding process * Establish structured follow-up routines during the first months * Actively reduce early-stage turnover **4\. Performance management and leadership development** * Support managers in team leadership * Implement and monitor performance evaluation cycles * Develop more consistent people management practices across departments **5\. Culture and organizational climate** * Strengthen organizational culture in daily operations (not just isolated initiatives) * Address engagement, internal communication, and climate topics * Support leadership in people management with a focus on results and culture **6\.
