Proactivity, organization, and time management **Description:** ---------------- **SUPPORT ANALYST \- TRAINEE** **If you want to be part of an environment where people, ideas, and solutions converge, join our team and contribute your talent!** **Work Format: On-site \| Santo Agostinho \- BH** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, format, and configure IT equipment (laptops and desktops) * Install, update, and configure operating systems, applications, and corporate tools * Ensure equipment standardization and release according to internal policies * Perform functional tests and equipment validation prior to user delivery * Provide technical support and basic maintenance for printers (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting) * Diagnose and resolve printing and connectivity-related incidents * Maintain organization and control of the IT equipment fleet * Knowledge of Apple (macOS) environment is a plus * Support continuous improvement of equipment preparation and configuration processes **Requirements:** ----------------- **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields, completed or in progress * Experience in Help Desk support * Knowledge of macOS, basic networking concepts, and printer support * Familiarity with remote access tools **Skills:** * Strong communication and collaborative attitude * Customer-centric service focus * Proactivity, organization, and time management.
