Significant opportunities for growth and advancement within the company JOB POSTING: SALES TRAINEE We are looking for a Sales Trainee to join our sales team, with a focus on learning, professional development, and supporting daily sales and in-store customer service activities. Key Responsibilities: * Support the sales team in customer service * Assist in the sales process, quotations, and follow-ups * Organize commercial information and store routines * Support operational tasks related to the sales department Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Interior Design or Architecture (mandatory requirement) * Proficiency in SketchUp and Canva * Communicative, organized, proactive profile with interest in commercial development Preferred Qualifications: * CRM knowledge Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM We Offer: * Fixed salary * Graduated commissions * Transportation allowance * Professional and collaborative work environment * Training and mentoring for development in the commercial field * Significant opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$4.805,07 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher
