




Job Summary: Handle product sales, restock inventory, organize the store and cash register, serve customers in the café area, and follow excellence policies. Key Highlights: 1. Provide customer service in the café and product areas • Handle sales of brand products, offering them to customers and assisting them in the best possible way. • Check store shelves for out-of-stock items and arrange replenishment and proper placement of products. • Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and standardization. • Serve customers in the café and fondue areas, as well as with ice cream, cakes, and other available store products. • Operate the store cash register, performing opening/closing procedures as needed. • Organize product inventory, labeling boxes and placing them on shelves for easy location when required, and conduct monthly inventories. • Implement PEF policies, processes, and procedures related to: customer service, results, and performance, aiming for smooth operations, franchise excellence, and desired outcomes. • Perform other related and inherent duties as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor.
