Job Summary: External IT Technician to provide customer service and diagnostics for computer and CCTV equipment, perform maintenance and replacement of parts, install and configure software, and complete technical reports. Installation and configuration of computer software Job Description: External IT Technician (MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE \-\> MOTORCYCLE) Job Responsibilities: Provide on-site customer service and diagnostics for computer and CCTV equipment, perform maintenance and replacement of parts and components; Install and configure computer software; Provide internal and external customer service (limited to the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte); Complete technical reports and inspection documents for on-site visits within scheduled timeframes.
