Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for safeguarding the entity's property and security, monitoring people's movement, and ensuring staff safety. Key Highlights: 1. Stay updated on new procedures Safeguard the entity's property by closely observing the movement of unfamiliar individuals and any other situations deviating from routine, thereby ensuring site security. **Education**: Completed high school; a door supervision or security course is desirable. **Experience**: 6 months of experience in related activities. **Knowledge**: Handling cleaning materials ü Safeguard the entity's property by closely observing the movement of unfamiliar individuals and any other situations deviating from routine, thereby ensuring site security; ü Monitor the entry and exit of people at the entity to prevent accidents or situations that may compromise their physical integrity; ü Record and report any risk or incident involving property or staff security to leadership; ü Provide reception services when necessary; ü Perform tasks according to leadership's instructions and service priorities, adhering to the entity's standards and procedures with quality and safety; ü Maintain equipment, instruments, assets, and consumable materials assigned to them, requesting maintenance, repairs, and replenishment from relevant departments whenever necessary; ü Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of waste generated during activities in appropriate containers and locations, preserving occupational health and environmental aspects; ü Support leadership on matters inherent to their area of responsibility, identifying and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted; ü Comply with occupational safety regulations, using personal and collective protective equipment; ü Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to their area of responsibility; ü Perform other related tasks as requested.
