**• Job Description: Financial and Administrative Analyst**
**Position Summary:**
Responsible for managing daily treasury operations, processing
payments and receipts, and providing administrative\-accounting support. The central objective is to ensure
the integrity of financial data, documentary compliance, and the health of cash flow
through rigorous controls and proactive collections. • Responsibilities and Duties
1\. Financial Operations: Execute the full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycle, including ERP posting, bank scheduling, and bill clearance.
2\. Reconciliation and Control: Perform daily bank reconciliation and clear
payments\/receipts in Nibo and Conta Azul ERP systems.
3\. Credit and Collections Management: Monitor delinquency and conduct proactive collections
with overdue customers.
4\. Supplier Relationship Management: Handle bill updates, negotiate payment terms, and validate supplier registration data.
5\. Accounting Interface: Organize monthly documentation flow (invoices, bank statements, and receipts) and ensure systematic delivery to accounting—via system, physical means, or Drive.
6\. Billing Support: Post invoices and maintain shipping spreadsheet control.
7\. Document Organization: Manage digital archives of payroll receipts, taxes (FGTS, INSS, tax forms), and lease agreements. • Requirements and Technical Skills
**1\. Education:** Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Financial Management, or related fields.
**2\.** Minimum 1 year of experience.
**3\. Tools:** Experience with Conta Azul financial ERP and Microsoft Office
(especially Excel).
**4\. Banking Knowledge:** Familiarity with Internet banking portals for payroll, vacation, and tax postings.
**5\. Analytical Skills:** Ability to identify discrepancies in reconciliations and reports.
**6\.** Familiarity with Income Statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and balance sheets. • Behavioral Competencies
