Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team and handle the accounting routines of client companies, supporting bookkeeping and financial statement closing. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in tax calculation and accounting obligations **Position: Accounting Assistant (Accounting Firm)** **Location:** Belo Horizonte – MG **Work Model:** Hybrid (after 90 days) **Employment Type:** CLT **About the Position** We are seeking an **Accounting Assistant** to join our team and handle the accounting routines of client companies. The professional will be responsible for supporting bookkeeping activities, reconciliations, and financial statement closing, ensuring information compliance and deadline adherence. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Classification and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Recording of documents and importing accounting data into management systems; * Supporting preparation of trial balances, financial statements, and management reports; * Verification and control of accounts payable and receivable, integrating information with tax and HR departments; * Support in tax calculation and accounting obligations; * Organization and archiving of accounting documents; * Client service and support, providing clarifications regarding entries and reports; * Supporting the team in monthly closings and audit routines. **Requirements** * Prior experience in accounting, preferably within an accounting firm; * Knowledge of accounting reconciliations, journal entries, and closing routines; * Proficiency in **Excel (intermediate level)**; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, completed or in progress. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with accounting systems such as **Domínio, Questor, Alterdata, or SCI**; * Knowledge of **Presumed Profit, Real Profit, and Simples Nacional** regimes; * Interest in professional development in accounting and tax areas. **Position Details** **Salary:** R$ 2.000,00 – R$ 2.500,00 (based on experience) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (hybrid model) **Benefits** * Meal Allowance (R$ 20.00/day) — average R$ 440.00/month * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Profit and Results Sharing (every 6 months) **After 90 days of experience:** * Health Plan (**Unimed**, no copayment) * Dental Plan * Benefits Club: **Clube Certo, Sesc, and Gympass** Minimum Education: Technical Course * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing * Dental Assistance * Medical Assistance
