Performs **leadership and supervision of office and field teams**, conducts technical meetings, ensures compliance with company standards, and maintains **direct client relationships**. Also monitors **employee performance, delivery quality, deadlines, and equipment maintenance**, ensuring activity alignment and operational efficiency.
