Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks for optimization **About the position** The **E\+ Ambiental** is looking for a **PMO Analyst** to support the organization and monitoring of the company's projects. The professional will be responsible for structuring schedules, tracking deadlines, and consolidating project information, contributing to improved organization, control, and efficiency in activity execution. **Main responsibilities** * Structure and monitor project schedules * Monitor deadlines, milestones, and deliverables * Organize action plans and activities * Consolidate project status and reports * Support project leaders in organizing demands * Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks * Support monitoring meetings and record information * Maintain an overview of ongoing projects **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Environmental, Production, Civil or related fields), Administration, or related areas * Proven experience in project monitoring or management * Experience with scheduling and activity control * Strong organizational and communication skills * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Proficiency in PowerPoint * Proficiency in PowerBI **Preferred qualifications** * Project management certification (PMP, CAPM or similar) * Experience in technical or environmental projects * Experience in service or consulting companies Employment type: Full-time CLT Selection question(s): * Have you previously worked directly on project monitoring or management (schedules, deadlines, deliverables)? * For expectation alignment, what is your monthly salary expectation (PJ and CLT)?
