Job Summary: The Cook Express Group is seeking a generalist HR professional to manage recruitment, selection, people management, and labor routine activities, supporting leaders and fostering a strong organizational culture. Our HR function plays a critical role in ensuring a strong organizational culture focused on results and human development. **Responsibilities** * Manage **recruitment and selection** processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and new employee onboarding); * Support and accompany store leaders in **people management**; * Administer and monitor **schedules, vacations, absences, leaves of absence, and medical certificates**; * Develop **informational materials, announcements, and onboarding resources** for employees; * Support **training, engagement, and organizational climate** programs; * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in **generalist Human Resources**; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and mediation capability; * Knowledge of the **Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT)** and labor routine procedures; * Dynamic profile oriented toward **team and process management**. **What We Offer** * Collaborative and challenging work environment; * Opportunity for growth within an expanding company; * On-site meals; * Product discounts; * Transportation allowance (VT).
