That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has established us as a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee suppliers of products and services related to energy efficiency projects, ensuring scope, deadlines, and delivery quality. * Monitor budgets, deliveries, measurements, and technical documentation. * Provide support in technical and economic analyses of projects. * Interact directly with customers of the energy efficiency program, clarifying doubts, sending notifications, collecting information, and supporting the progress of activities. * Organize data, reports, and internal controls in Excel. * Assist in preparing presentations, technical reports, and project monitoring materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education (in electrical engineering, business management, or related fields) or ongoing or completed higher education (Engineering, Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related areas). * Proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, charts, database organization). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and suppliers. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to track processes. * Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability. * Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Power BI or data analysis tools / Basic programming. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance (6% discount); * Meal allowance: BRL 988.53; * Benefits club: partnerships offering discounts; * Co-payment health plan; * Optional dental plan (paid separately); * Childcare allowance (when stipulated in collective agreements, conventions, or specific legal provisions); * Wellhub (Gympass).
