Our purpose is to Evolve, Value, and Optimize—creating innovative processes that transform our customers' daily routines and propel the future of the industry. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Provide tutoring to guide customers in using the system for HR department routines; * Support customers by clarifying questions about the HR department system, aiming for customer satisfaction in ongoing relationships with clients already using our products; * Stay up-to-date on system updates through online training, ensuring responsiveness to departmental demands; * Maintain a process-oriented mindset to propose improvements. * Provide customer support via TICKET/DISK **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM **Work location:** Lourdes **Work modality:** Hybrid (remote work on Fridays) **To join our team, it’s ideal that you:** * Have hands-on experience with HR department routines; * Possess knowledge of HR routines such as hiring, termination, vacation, INSS, FGTS, DIRF, and eSocial; * Have experience in customer service. **Does this opportunity resonate with you?
