More than developing technology, we build responsible, strategically visionary solutions committed to results. **Work Format: On-site at client location in Araçuaí/MG** \| **Travel availability or relocation mandatory** \| **CLT employment** We are looking for an **Electro-Electronics Technician** to perform telemetry solution installation and technical support, integrated with the Mining Control system, directly on customer equipment and operations. **Your responsibilities will include:** Configuration and management of kits; Installation of power supplies and mounts on mobile equipment; Providing technical support to users, resolving queries and delivering training on the system; Supporting data integrity management and proper platform usage; Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality technical deliveries; Delivering daily client support by implementing system functionalities in alignment with product and support teams, adapting the solution to the client’s operational reality; **What we expect from you:** Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and mining equipment; Experience/knowledge of telemetry; Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail; Strong communication skills and ability to train operational users; Commitment to deadlines and quality; **Preferred qualifications:** Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electronics, or Automation; or a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications; Familiarity with mine operational KPIs; Experience with the Mining Control system or similar platforms; English and/or Spanish for international client support. **Benefits of being a FAST2 Miner:** * Competitive market-aligned salary; * Flexible benefits card — use it as you wish; * Health and dental plans with no monthly fee; * Birthday Day OFF; * PLR — Profit Sharing and Results Program; * Referral bonus program; * Personal Development Plans (PDPs), educational incentives, and clear technical or leadership career paths!
