With a focus on improving teaching quality, the company operates across multiple fronts to support educational institutions. **Responsibilities:** Draft contract templates according to company models and guidelines. Prepare contract amendments when necessary changes arise. Configure contractual documents in the internal system, ensuring correct setup. Register new service providers in the system based on received information. Update and modify existing service providers' registration data. Organize document workflows, ensuring documents are properly received, verified, and forwarded. Monitor electronic signatures for contracts and amendments, ensuring timely completion. Track contractual deadlines, flagging renewals, adjustments, and expirations. Provide internal department support regarding questions related to contracts and service provider registrations. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
