Responsibilities: The professional will provide administrative support for materials management, including receiving, storing, dispatching, and controlling parts, supplies, and PPE, as well as planning deliveries for contracts in MG. Additionally, they will register and control materials in internal systems, record invoices, conduct quotations, update spreadsheets, and address internal requests, collaborating closely with the Warehouse Clerk and Administrative Analyst.
