If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and have ERP experience, this opportunity may be for you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Monitor, analyze, and ensure the performance of the ERP (TOTVS RM); * Perform configurations, technical adjustments, and validations in the system; * Provide second- and third-level support for ERP and integrated systems; * Identify and resolve complex failures by conducting root cause analysis; * Document incidents and develop sustainable action plans; * Support system implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects; * Prepare technical and functional documentation (workflows, manuals, etc.); * Develop support materials and deliver training sessions for users; * Manage system access, user profiles, and logs; * Conduct performance analyses and propose continuous improvements; * Generate insights and dashboards by integrating systems with BI tools. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of TOTVS RM BackOffice; * Experience with: Formulas, reports, cubes, and spreadsheets in RM; Visual formulas and T\-SQL; Three-tier architecture, TBC, and License Server; Portal and RM application installation; Integrations with Interact, Moodle, Teams, and Active Directory; Hands-on experience in system analysis and maintenance; * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with BI tools; * Involvement in continuous improvement and system evolution projects. **Why Join Our Team?** Here, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects, contribute to continuous improvement, and develop your skills in a collaborative and innovative environment. **We value diversity and equality for all individuals without distinction based on gender, religion, sexual orientation, disabilities, race, ethnicity, or other characteristics.
