Job Summary: The E-commerce Assistant will be responsible for product listing, updating and monitoring, providing online customer support, and assisting with marketplace operations, ensuring efficiency in e-commerce routines. Familiarity with Shopee and Mercado Livre (desirable) **Summary of Responsibilities:** The E\-commerce Assistant will be responsible for product listing and updates, order tracking, online customer support, organizing information in spreadsheets, and supporting marketplace operations. They will also handle inventory control, advertisement monitoring, data verification, and use of digital systems and tools to ensure efficiency in e\-commerce routines. * Prior experience in e\-commerce (product listing, online customer service, or marketplaces); * Proficiency in using computers, productivity tools, and online systems efficiently and independently. Includes basic knowledge of Excel, Word, email, internet browsing, file organization, spreadsheet usage, and ease of operating digital platforms and e\-commerce systems. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (essential to prevent errors in listings); * Familiarity with Shopee and Mercado Livre (desirable). ✨ BENEFITS: Salary: R$ 2\.431,00 \+ VT (Transportation Allowance) \+ Basic Food Basket; Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (on-site); Dynamic work environment and opportunity to learn about the digital market; Professional growth within an established company.
