Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing the fleet, leading the driver team, managing schedules, ensuring customer service, and achieving operational targets. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership of drivers and fleet management 2. Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of targets 3. Project development and incident response JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize fleet dispatch; Lead the driver team; Prepare work schedules; Implement work schedules; Inspect vehicles; Ensure fulfillment of customer orders; Respond to incidents; Develop projects; Receive and analyze the Daily Operations Report; Ensure alignment with objectives and targets; Perform tasks as defined in operational controls; Address driver requests and listen to drivers; Team management; Meet deadlines established by the immediate supervisor and service deadlines according to the equipment used (Preventive Maintenance Plan).
