Order control and tracking **Customer Service Representative** Job Type: On-site (CLT) Location: Rua dos Guajajaras \- Lourdes, Belo Horizonte \- MG, 30180\-101, Brazil Schedule: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating shift and weekends) Education: High School Diploma Requirements: * \- Microsoft Office Suite; * \- Customer service experience; * \- Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating shift and weekends; Responsibilities: * \- Provide customer service via iFood, phone, WhatsApp, and in-person at the counter; * \- Responsible for store cleaning and organization; * \- Monitor production and order dispatch; * \- Manage deliveries and coordinate with delivery personnel; * \- Update store operational and quality performance indicators; * \- Open and close the cash register; Salary: BRL 1,585.00 base salary \+ Bonus Benefits: * \- Transportation Allowance (to be calculated) * \- On-site meal * \- Meal Voucher: BRL 200.00 * \- Bonus \- Incentive Program Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 1,585.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher
