We look forward to learning about your skills and experience, and finding the ideal position for you within our company. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Responsible for archiving documents belonging to the Human Capital department; * Supporting the department in recruitment processes, training, and corporate events; * Responsible for managing periodic medical examinations (scheduling) and evaluating the probationary period; * Maintaining up-to-date vacation records and the Sólides system (deletions, movements); * Supporting the Internal Communication department in its initiatives and performing other tasks as required by the department. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) is desirable; * Administrative experience is desirable.
