




HR POSITION – STORE (ON-SITE) We are seeking an HR Assistant to work strategically within a large-scale retail company. Responsibilities: * Manage the entire recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding); * Monitor HR metrics and support headcount control; * Collaborate with leaders to define candidate profiles and talent acquisition strategies; * Conduct exit interviews; * Implement internal initiatives to foster employee engagement and organizational climate. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in HR within the retail sector. Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
