Join us too! **Opportunity:** Recruitment and Selection Analyst **Summary of responsibilities:** Responsible for recruitment and selection of talents, ensuring candidate quality and alignment with organizational culture, process efficiency, indicator management, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Manage large-scale selection processes; * Define internal and external recruitment strategies and sources; * Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews, then forward candidates to the requesting department for evaluation by the department manager; * Conduct exit interviews; * Administer and evaluate psychological tests; * Provide psychological support services. * Supervise HR assistants and interns; * Perform administrative and logistical tasks related to HR processes; * Facilitate onboarding and integration of new employees; * Mediate interpersonal conflicts in the workplace; * Participate in people management committees.
