Hydraulic maintenance: * Carry out installation of hydraulic networks. * Repair leaks in sinks, toilets, basins, and piping in general, adjusting and replacing bushings, valves, and other parts, aiming to restore normal usage conditions. * Install pipes, pumps, showers, and sanitary fixtures using appropriate tools, in order to meet demands and complement the work of masons, carpenters, and other tradespeople. * Unclog and clean grease traps and sewage tanks across various sections of the Club, using specialized equipment, pumps, and probes to allow normal waste drainage. * Inspect pumps and hydraulic installations throughout the Club, identifying irregularities and correcting potential problems and waste. * Propose solutions and interventions to the Supervisor that could improve hydraulic installations and water consumption. * Perform readings of water meters, verification and monitoring of the Club's water levels, including in artesian wells, following established guidelines, in order to prevent failures and detect deficiencies causing increased consumption. * Read and interpret hydraulic schematics required for service execution.
