Responsibilities: * Collect overdue rental contracts, from day 1 to day 30; * Actively contact clients via phone and WhatsApp; * Negotiate overdue amounts, seeking agreements and payment regularization; * Record and track all collection activities. Requirements: * Proven experience in collections; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation-oriented profile, with professional demeanor and results focus.
