Maintenance of kitchen organization and cleanliness **Kitchen Assistant Position** Job Responsibilities: \- Support for daily kitchen activities. \- Food Preparation: \- Assist in pre-preparation of ingredients (cutting, chopping, washing, portioning) as directed by the Chef. \- Collaborate in plating meals and snacks, following quality and presentation standards. \- Organization and Cleaning: \- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas in accordance with sanitary inspection regulations. \- Wash dishes, pots, and cutlery. \- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory and equipment to guarantee correct food storage. \- Assist in receiving and verifying goods. \- Provide general assistance to chefs in all tasks necessary for smooth kitchen operations. \- Ensure proper waste disposal. **Job Information** Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
