Then this opportunity is for you. We are looking for a General Services Assistant to work temporarily in our office, supporting the management team and all staff members. You will be a key contributor to maintaining a pleasant, welcoming, and work-ready environment. * Clean and organize office spaces * Maintain the pantry: prepare coffee, tea, and water for management and employees * Organize pantry utensils, dishware, and supplies * Restock consumable items (coffee, sugar, disposable items, etc.) * Assist in organizing small internal meetings * Ensure hygiene in common areas (restrooms, pantry, reception) * Follow company-established cleaning routines and standards Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a general services assistant and/or pantry attendant * Availability for approximately 20 days of temporary work * Ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders (management and employees) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene * Punctuality and adherence to scheduled hours and established routines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in corporate office settings * Experience serving management or executive departments * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and dynamic environment
