




Job Summary: Responsible for analytical and critical performance in actuarial measurement, evaluating the adequacy of provisions, developing analyses, and ensuring regulatory compliance and reliability of estimates. Ensuring regulatory compliance and actuarial reliability Responsible for analytical and critical performance in actuarial measurement, evaluating the adequacy of technical provisions against observed values, conducting consistency analyses, proposing methodological adjustments, and ensuring regulatory, technical, and reliability compliance of the company's actuarial estimates. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensure the quality and integrity of actuarial data by executing and monitoring validation routines for premium, claims, and technical provision databases; * Analyze the adequacy of technical provisions by performing consistency tests, deviation analysis, and assessing the need for methodological adjustments; * Develop, re-evaluate, and maintain consistency models and tests, ensuring technical clarity and effective decision-making support; * Propose and implement improvements to actuarial methodologies based on best practices, portfolio history, and technical judgment; * Prepare, review, and update Actuarial Technical Notes (ATNs), ensuring regulatory compliance and methodological consistency; * Estimate and monitor regulatory indicators such as Required Minimum Capital (RMC), PLA, and retention limits; * Prepare, review, and update assumptions for Liability Adequacy Testing; * Serve as the technical interface with partner departments, monitoring correction of inconsistencies and organizing records and reports; * Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards and control panels (FIP, statistical tables, applied rates) using BI tools; * Support actuarial, accounting, and regulatory audits by preparing databases, technical analyses, and evidence; * Support product-related activities, including policy clause adjustments, ATNs, and technical monitoring of applied rates; * Act in accordance with the company's organizational values and competencies; * Comply with legal requirements and internal standards through active participation in training and reporting of potential deviations; * Safeguard information confidentiality per the Pottencial Code of Ethics. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate or technological degree — Actuarial Science; 2 years of experience; * Microsoft Office — Intermediate level; * Desired — Insurance Regulations and Standards — Intermediate level; * Desired — Insurance Regulatory Agencies — Intermediate level; * BI Tools — Intermediate level; * Knowledge of SQL, Python, or programming languages — Intermediate level. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$ 1.042,60 / month); * Food Allowance (R$ 805,80 / month); * SulAmérica Private Hospital Health Plan; * SulAmérica Dental Plan; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Alelo Christmas Basket Voucher (R$ 805,80); * Life Insurance; * Daycare or Nanny Allowance (R$ 522,38 up to age 6); * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Birthday day off; * Early 13th salary payment in May; * TotalPass; * OnHappy. * **Work Model:** Hybrid * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG ***All our positions are inclusive of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and all forms of diversity.***
