Job Summary: Internship to assist in all stages of detailed construction budgeting, cost control, strategic planning, and monitoring of construction progress. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in construction planning and monitoring **Responsibilities:** Assist in all stages of detailed construction budgeting; assist in cost and expense control; Engineering Performance Indicators; assist in the strategic planning of real estate development. Assist in construction scheduling, observing project technical specifications, productivity indices relative to the quantity of work to be performed, and project delivery deadlines; monitor construction progress, evaluating adherence to the planned schedule. Assist in monitoring actual costs versus budgeted costs. Assist in necessary measurements.
