Maintaining a clean and organized workstation **Job Description – Pizza Assistant** **Position:** Pizza Assistant **Department:** Kitchen / Production **Location:** Barreiro Region, Belo Horizonte **Job Function** The Pizza Assistant will support the pizzaiolo in activities related to pizza preparation, assembly, and organization, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with house standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing doughs, sauces, and ingredients as directed by the pizzaiolo. * Clean, cut, and organize ingredients used in production. * Assemble pizzas per orders, following quality and presentation standards. * Assist in stocking the production counter and replenishing ingredients. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. * Operate basic kitchen equipment (ovens, worktables, utensils). * Assist in preparing other menu items when requested. * Perform cleaning of utensils and equipment at the end of the shift. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in kitchens or food production is preferred. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as scheduled). * Efficiency and willingness to work in a dynamic environment. **Desired Competencies** * Organization * Proactivity * Efficiency * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Commitment **Employment Type** * CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off per week, plus 1 Sunday off per month * Shift: 4:10 PM to 12:30 AM (with a 1-hour break) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
