Requirements: * Proven experience as a Systems Support Analyst. \- Prior experience with TOTVS \- WINTHOR system is desirable. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases. * Problem-solving skills and critical thinking. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
