Responsibilities and Duties:* Support business process mapping. * Gather requirements from users. * Develop, maintain, and deliver documentation for functional and non-functional requirements of the solution, based on business requirements. * Create test cases. * Support the design of the solution. * Conduct functional and integration tests prior to user acceptance testing. * Support the client during the user acceptance testing process. * Deliver training to users on system functionalities. * Coordinate the implementation of a new solution, with a comprehensive view of all activities impacting the change and the business. * Develop, maintain, and deliver the implementation plan. * Prepare change requests (GMUD) for environments to deploy packages into production. * Orchestrate the change, mobilizing validation teams. * Ensure data verification and rollback strategies (if necessary) are correctly executed. * Support demand sizing and effort estimation. * Identify risks associated with solution components and keep the Project Leader informed of any issues potentially affecting other project areas. * Interface with vendors. Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Software engineering. * Requirements management. * Development methodologies and systemic life-cycle approaches (SCRUM and traditional). * Desired experience in retail-oriented systems such as RMS, RM, SOCIN, or CONSICO. * Desired experience in system migration projects. * Desired experience in the retail sector. 2601010046291477845
